FEMA Procurement and Planning Tool

FEMA managed procurement actions and workload through a series of spreadsheets inherited from multiple systems and offices resulting in inaccurate data, lack of pipeline transparency, and the inability to execute procurements on time.

FI developed a a Tableau based prototype application with a data entry front end to provide a central data collection mechanism for procurement data. The data was then visualized through a suite of dashboards, enabling status tracking of individual procurements and workforce planning.
